1. Place straps through holes.

2. Slide onto wrist.

3. Tighten to secure straps

You can test to see if the WristWidget® will help your wrist pain before you buy it. Tape your wrist as shown in the video. If your wrist feels better when taped, the WristWidget® will help your wrist. If it doesn't, then it won't.
